A 15-year-old girl that was missing has been found. Areanna Nicole Guy, 15, was found inside of a camper with a 41-year-old man police are calling a convicted sex offender.
Earlier on Thursday, a Burke County deputy spotted Fritz Lamar Wedgeworth's motorcycle near a camper in the 4000 block of River Road. According to authorities, Areanna was inside and Wedgeworth was taken into custody without incident.
She refused treatment, according to police. When she went missing, police believed that they were traveling together on Wedgeworth's black and green Kawasaki Ninja Ex. Investigators put out a missing person's notice with their identifying information earlier on Thursday, WAGT reports.
