Columbia, SC (WLTX) - The Columbia Police Department believes three suspect are connected to a gas station shooting Tuesday night.

Deputies responded to the One Love gas station on West Beltline Boulevard around 8 p.m.

A male victim was reportedly shot and taken to a local hospital for non life-threatening injuries.

Initial investigations indicate a fight broke out between the male victim, a female acquaintance and the three suspects before the shooting.

An investigation is underway to determine a motive.
