According to deputies, the 48-year old dad handed his keys to a technician at the tire and lube center of the Walmart in Redbank. They say the eight-month old was strapped in the seat for about 90 minutes before an employee found her.

"It was a blistering hot July day with temperatures, according to the National Weather Service, in the mid to upper 90s. We’re very glad to hear this child is going to be fine," Sheriff Jay Koon says.

Officers say the girl was evaluated at the store while Mvuh was shopping inside the building.
