Colonial Life Arena announced Wednesday it is reinstating refunds for the September 30 Fall Ball concert featuring Lil' Wayne. Refunds will be available upon request starting at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 6 at the point of purchase, according to the statement.

The announcement follows months of back-and-forth and legal wrangling between concert promoters and Colonial Life Arena over whether refunds could and would be issued after featured performer Lil' Wayne failed to appear on stage.

Following the concert, Colonial Life Arena issued a statement saying the musician "elected not to come into the building through the venue's standard safety procedures." When that happened, his part of the show was off.
