(WLTX) -- One person is dead after crashing into a parked car on the interstate early Saturday morning.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says the collision happened near mile marker 131 on Interstate 26 just before 6:00 a.m. The driver was traveling east and ran off the right side of the road, hitting a Toyota Camry that was on the shoulder.
They say the driver died at the scene after being ejected from a 2007 Chrysler and was not wearing a seatbelt.
