Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Columbia Police continue to investigate an overnight incident in which more than 100 grave sites were vandalized.
Reports say the incident happened overnight at Greenlawn Memorial Park on Leesburg Road in Columbia. It is believed to have happened either late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.
The Columbia Police Department has estimated the damage will cost more than $10,000 to repair. Police also say via Twitter that the debris is spread across the entire park.
The damage is said to include shredded flowers and emptied vases.
