Columbia, SC (WLTX) -- A newly released letter contains more detailed claims of alleged misconduct by a former high-ranking city of Columbia official.

Through a Freedom of Information Act request, News 19 obtained the city of Columbia employee e-mail to the city human resources department that outlines inappropriate behavior from former City of Columbia senior assistant manager, Allison Baker.

The e-mail was sent to the city's human resources director and city manager on November 29.

It details allegations, including one of Baker allegedly kissing the employee in the City Hall elevator.

Baker retired two days later after the complaint was e-mailed. News19 has also obtained his two-sentence official notice of retirement.
