Batesburg-Leesville, SC (WLTX) - Batesburg-Leesville police have arrested a man who they say made a bomb threat at a church.
Tyronza Lardrome Rauch, 37, is charged with disturbance of religious worship and making a bomb threat.
Police say Rauch went to First Baptist Church services on West Church Street Sunday. The pastor told police that the man threatened to blow up the sanctuary.
He left the building a short time later.
An incident report states a short time later, an officer saw the man a short distance away. According to police, Rauch told the officer "I have a headache and those people are in my church and will not leave me alone."
The officer asked if he had taken his medicine, to which the man replied, "I do not need it anymore," the report also says.
After getting a complaint about what he did earlier, officer then took Rauch into custody and booked him on the charges.
