A Lexington woman reported missing Saturday has been found safe, according to Lexington police.

Lexington police had asked for the public's help on Saturday to find Rachel Michelle Massengale, who had recently been released from a doctor's care facility in Traveler's Rest, and had been off her prescription for about a 24-hour period.
Police said she previously used a cab company to visit with relatives in Pickens.
