New Trampoline Park Under Construction to Offer 'Something for Everyone'

Escape rooms, virtual reality center and a gaming area are just part of the new trampoline park set to open on Garners Ferry Rd in Columbia.

Columbia, SC (WLTX) - A new trampoline park is making it's way to Columbia, this time in the Lower Richland area.

Adrenaline Entertainment Centers is brining a trampoline park to a 53,000 sq. ft. facility on Garners Ferry Rd. that used to house a Piggly Wiggly.

"It's not just a trampoline park," says Craig Noel, founder of Adrenaline Entertainment Centers. Noel was formerly with Altitude Trampoline Park, before he started his own company a year ago.

"The feedback we got overtime was that hey the trampoline park is great, but for the adults, we can only keep up for so long," says Noel. "'Do you have more entertainment that we could do?'"

That's why the park will also include a virtual reality center, escape rooms, a gaming facility and more.

"A big part of the attraction of trampoline parks is one it's active entertainment, pulling kids who may or may not actively play, because it's just kind of gone out of vogue with this generation," says Noel. "Millennial's are looking for experiences. So, they're not just spending their money on traditional retail, going to those stores, they'll buy things online. But what they are looking for is an experience."

The Arkansas based company has four other locations in Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio. $2.8 million dollar project is currently under construction and is expected to open by the end of April.
