Columbia, SC (WLTX) - The sunny weather will stick around for the start of the workweek, and it will be warmer.

Sunday was sunny and chilly. Low temperatures started off in the middle to upper 20s. High temperatures ranged from the middle 40s to near 50 degrees.

Monday morning will be cold. Lows will fall into the upper 20s to near 30 degrees. It will be a little warmer Monday afternoon. Winds out of the southwest will allow temperatures climb into the middle to upper 50s.

A few clouds will be possible Tuesday as a dry front moves through. High temperatures Tuesday will be in the middle 50s, but it will be cooler Wednesday. High temperatures mid-week will be in the middle to upper 40s. It will be a little warmer Thursday.

There is some differences in the forecast models for the end of the workweek. Right now, we will keep a dry forecast in place with partly cloudy skies Friday through Sunday. High temperatures will range from the middle 50s to lower 60s by Saturday.
