Richland County deputies say they have captured the suspect wanted for attempted murder after a shooting on Devoe Drive earlier this month.
Demetris Campbell, 26, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, deputies announced on Sunday.
Investigators say Campbell reportedly drove up to a victim and fired shots from his vehicle after engaging in an argument in the 200 block of Devoe Drive around 8 a.m. on February 2.
At the time, deputies said the victim was recovering from gunshot wounds to the lower body at a local hospital. No word on the victim's condition at present.
