Two Suspects Broke into Car, Used Stolen Credit Card in Richland County, Deputies Say

Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Richland County deputies are looking for two suspects in connection to a vehicle theft earlier this month.

Deputies say two men stole a purse after breaking the rear window of a car on the 100 block of Alvina Hagood Circle around 5:30 p.m. on March 18.

The purse contained an iPhone, wallet, ID and credit card, which the suspects reportedly used to buy $600 worth of merchandise from the Kroger on Roberts Branch Parkway.

One suspect is described as a medium-build black male with a mustache, goatee and short black hair, wearing a white T-shirt and camouflage pants. The other suspect is described as a slightly chubby, clean-shaven black male with short black hair, wearing patched jeans, a black T-shirt with a design on front and black tennis shoes.
