LEXINGTON, S.C. — A man with a tattoo of "lips" on his neck is wanted in connection to a shoplifting incident in Lexington.
According to a post on the Lexington Police Department's Facebook page, the police are seeking the man who conducted a fraudulent return at Walmart and then shoplifted several items with a total of $52.
He was seen leaving the store in a black Chrysler 300 and has a tattoo of lips on the left side of his neck.
