With Brandon Ingram out for the rest of the summer league for the Lakers one would think that South Carolina's PJ Dozier would get more minutes in his first game.

Saturday night Dozier and the Lakers played the Celtics out in Las Vegas and Dozier did make his debut. He made the most of his perplexing limited minutes.

The Spring Valley and USC product finished nicely at the rim on one of Lonzo Ball's 11 assists in the second quarter. He also had a block and a turnover but Dozier only played three minutes.

Not sure what's going on in LA but Dozier is still more or less waiting his turn to showcase what Gamecocks fans have seen him do this past season.

The Lakers will be back in action on Monday night at against Sacramento.
