COLUMBIA, SC (WLTX) -- After Saturday's win the Gamecocks now have enough wins to be bowl eligible. The big question is, where will they go?

A quick check of sports writers around the nations shows at least six different scenarios for the team.

ESPN: Independence Bowl

ESPN says USC would travel to Shreveport to take on Duke in the Independence Bowl the day after Christmas.

CBS Sports: Texas Bowl

CBS has the Gamecocks in the Texas Bowl in Houston taking on Kansas State.

College Football News/Sports Illustrated: Birmingham Bowl

Both College Football News and Sports Illustrated have the team playing in the Birmingham Bowl taking on either Memphis or Houston.

SEC Country: Liberty Bowl

SEC Country has the original USC playing in the Liberty Bowl in Memphis against Kansas State.

SB Nation: Belk Bowl:

SB Nation has the Gamecocks staying closest to home taking on Miami, and former Georgia head coach Mark Richt, in the Belk Bowl in Charlotte.

Of course, what happens Saturday will impact where the Gamecocks will play. They're set to take on Clemson in their annual rivalry game at 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Stadium in Clemson. The game will be broadcast on ESPN.
