Lewis Turner grew up spending summers working on the docks of his father's marina on Fripp Island, South Carolina. It was his time spent with a grizzled, sea-salt of a man named Motte Rodgers on those docks that made him apreciate the art of forecasting the weather.

Just by breathing the air, and taking a look at the western sky, Motte was always spot on in forecasting an afternoon tunderstorm... which was a huge help for pleasure cruisers and fishermen heading out for a day on the ocean. Lewis has always wanted that skill.

Now, equipped with the best weather forecasting technology in the Midlands, and working with the smartest meteorologists in the state, he's ready to prepare your family for the day ahead.

Lewis graduated from the University of South Carolina, and spent a year reporting and hosting an entertainment, magazine format show in St. Louis. He's a bad fisherman, and a worse golfer... but he loves to do both. In fact, he was a licensed sea captain and would love to get back into giving pleasure cruises. Only now he can call Jim, Scott, or Daniel for a heads up on the weather before going boating. Sorry Motte.
