Fantastic Beasts stars share what they're most thankful for

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK - The new Harry Potter film, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, is out now nationwide.

It's got Wizards coming out of magic suitcases, and humans falling into them, and incredible creatures the likes of which we've never seen!

J.K. Rowling's screenwriting debut stars Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, and Colin Farrell.

We found them in New York City, where the film is set, and with the holiday less than a week away, we talked about Thanksgiving.

Michael King: My mom used to go around the table and force us all to say what we're thankful for. So what are you guys thankful for?

Waterston: This comes to mind. Yeah. Employment.

Redmayne: I have a huge amount to be thankful for. I have a new-ish born baby called Iris so.

Waterston: Pretty new man.

Redmayne: Very thankful for her.

Colin Farrell: Oh what am I thankful for? Oh my God, how long have we got? Just pick one thing? The health of my children. That's a big deal.

King: I mean health is so important so you can run and jump and play.

Farrell: Yeah and perspective is really important. Because you see so many people who are healthy and miserable. And then I've met people who are "unhealthy" and somehow they've found some key to experience joy within a life that most of us who are fortunate to be really healthy couldn't comprehend.   Perspective is a huge thing... which of course health can give birth to. Yeah, two healthy boys would be what I'm most grateful for I suppose.

Newcomers Alison Sudol and Dan Fogler are thankful for the biggest roles of their lives! They're still getting used to what it means to be part of the Harry Potter universe.

Kind of fun because we don't really know Alison and Dan there, but they could be huge stars soon!

The film's rated PG-13 and in theaters now.
