About Buddy Call
About Palmetto Health Breast Center

Buddy Call 19 is an awareness campaign promoting early detection of breast cancer through breast self-examinations.

Palmetto Health was the first in the state and the Midlands to achieve accreditation from the American College of Surgeons' National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, recognizing our interdisciplinary patient care program. In addition, Palmetto Health has again achieved accreditation from the American College of Surgeons' Commission on Cancer. We strive to deliver the best care possible - right here at home.

At the Palmetto Health Breast Center, our dedication to improving women's health has earned us the status of Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, awarded by the American College of Radiology (ACR). The ACR determined that we have achieved high standards in image quality, personnel, equipment, and quality assurance programs.
