Recipe for Summer-Fresh Gazpacho
2 Tomatoes, chopped (quality counts!)
1 Cucumber, peeled and chopped
½ Red Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tsp Garlic, minced
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 - 12oz can V8 Vegetable Juice
1-2 cups Water
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
Tabasco
