Unstuffed Peppers

Jim Gandy made a meal using vegetables from the garden.

Ingredients:

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 medium onion (diced)

1 medium tomato (diced)

1 lb of lean ground beef 

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 1/2 cups of either beef broth or spaghetti sauce

1 tsp basil

1 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp black pepper 

1/ tsp salt
