YORK COUNTY, S.C. -- A New York family offered a $500 reward after their daughter's teddy bear was lost in York County.
Amy Earley posted about the incident on Facebook. The family believed "Baby Bear" went out the window somewhere on I-77 between Comfort Suites in Rock Hill and exit 30 last week.
"My three-year-old daughter (Morgan) has never been a day without this bear and is completely heartbroken and breaking mine!" the mother exclaimed on Facebook.
Earley said more than 500 people have shared her post in the Carolinas.
"I’m so shocked at the response! There are definitely good people out there!" said Earley.
Earley said another mother was even willing to send her son's "backup bear" overnight to the family.
"This has definitely eased the pain, but she does realize it's not truly her bear," Earley said.
