The top 10 advance to the finals. Prosperity's Anthony Gagliardi pulled in a big bass Saturday morning to help his cause. He came into today just four ounces behind the leader, rookie Justin Atkins.

Currently Gagliardi is sitting in third place and is in the final. He is two pounds and 15 ounces off the lead.

The current leader is Brandon Cobb out of Greenwood, South Carolina. Cobb has 39 pounds of fish after two days out on the water.

Gagliardi recaps day two and what he'll be looking at going into the final round with $300,000 on the line.

"I still have a shot going into the final day and that's really all you can ask for is a shot on the final day and I do have that. I'll have to catch a good stringer of fish tomorrow obviously. I'm looking forward to it. I'm looking forward to the opportunity and not sure what the weather is going to bring I'll have to look at the forecast," Gagliardi said. "I'll have to kind of look at that and formulate a game plan tonight and hopefully I can execute it tomorrow and make a comeback and win my second one (Forrest Wood Cup) right here on Lake Murray."

The Forrest Wood Cup finals starts Sunday morning from Dreher Island State park with Palmetto State products in the running for the title. The final weigh-ins will be at 5 pm at Colonial Life Arena.
