Logan Davidson pitched a career high 6.2 innings, with six strikeouts and only two hits as USC defeated 19th-ranked LSU 11-0 Friday night at Founders Park.
Chapman, who got the win last week in a Friday night start at Arkansas, improved to 3-0 on the season.
Eight Gamecocks had at least one hit, five of which went for extra bases. Carlos Cortes opened the scoring with a solo home run in the bottom of the first.
T.J,. Hopkins had a season high four RBI as he went 2-for-5 at the plate which included a triple.
