Columbia, SC (WLTX) --Columbia Police have arrested two men wanted for a fatal shooting earlier this month.

William Gibson, 20, and his 21 year old brother Taddrick Gibson surrendered themselves at the Columbia Police department headquarters on Thursday.

Police say they shot and killed Terrance McNair-Bailey on April 6, 2011 outside of building 1500 at the Colony Apartments off of Bailey Street.

Investigators say McNair-Bailey was rushed to the hospital where he died a short time later from a gunshot wound to the neck.

Chief Randy Scott says investigators believe that a verbal altercation between the victim and suspects led to the shooting.

Both suspects have been charged with murder and are in the Richland County Jail.
