Sumter County, SC (WLTX) - An undercover drug sting in Sumter County has led to nine arrests, including the sheriff's son.
Sumter County deputies say they conducted a six-month undercover operation. The result of the work led them to arrests the suspects in the Rembert area.
One of the suspects is 27-year-old Marvin English, the son of Sumter County Sheriff Anthony Dennis. English is charged with four counts of distribution of crack cocaine.
In addition to the arrests, deputies also say they recovered a gun and just over $1,200 in cash.

Tywan Ransom, 27, of Springhill Road in Rembert - Distribution of Crack Cocaine 2 counts
Abram Fleming, 26, of Bernice Court in Sumter - Possession with intent to distribute of Crack Cocaine
Tyrell Kershaw, 26, of Mayrant Road in Rembert Distribution of Crack Cocaine ( 2nd Offense) 3 counts
Cruise Anderson, 24, of Hillside Drive in Rembert - Possession of marijuana
Jonnifer Halley, 31, of 194 Egypt Road in Camden - Possession of Crack Cocaine
