Columbia, SC (WLTX) --- After their win against Arkansas Sunday, South Carolina finished the regular season tied for fourth in the SEC. This is the second-highest finish for the Gamecocks since the 2001-02 team which tied for second.
South Carolina earns a six seed in the SEC Tournament this week. They will be play 11th-seeded Alabama Thursday., March 1. The winner will play third-seeded Georgia Friday.
