Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

6 Eggs
2TB Low-Fat Milk
dash of Kosher salt
1 TB Butter
2 oz Smoked Salmon pieces
2 oz Cream Cheese, cut into small cubes
Chives, chopped (for garnish)

Mix eggs, milk and salt together in bowl, whisking until fully mixed. Heat pan over med-high. Add butter. Add eggs. Cook and stir with wooden spoon until halfway done. Add smoked salmon and cream cheese and stir until done. Garnish with chopped chives.
