Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Two men are now charged with murder in the death of a man earlier this month.
Lawrence Stevens, 42, and Peter Chalers, 44, are accused of killing Richard Kinsey Jr.
Kinsey's body was found April 1 in a pond in Southeast Park. That's located off Garners Ferry Road in Lower Richland County.
