Columbia, SC (WLTX) - A panel of federal judges have denied a request for a restraining order to delay Tuesday's primary elections.
Five candidates who were among those taken off the ballot asked for a delay in the primary.
A South Carolina Supreme Court ruling last month removed nearly 200 candidates from the ballot if they did not file economic interest forms at the same time when they filed paperwork announced their candidacy.
