Columbia, SC (WLTX)- It was a busy day for Gamecocks and staff as they prepare to head to Omaha.
Equipment managers spent much of Tuesday afternoon packing and loading up the truck. A special member of the team will also be along for the 1200 mile ride.
"Reptar will be making the trip in the front seat of the truck with two of our equipment managers," said Kyle Lipsey, Director of Baseball Operations.
Reptar is a beta fish that's owned by third baseman LB Dantzler.
