Richland County, SC (WLTX) - A Midlands man has turned himself in to Richland County deputies on a charge of involuntary manslaughter.

Deputies say that Rashad Stuckey, 22, was involved in a physical altercation on June 21st with an unknown male victim. According to deputies, the victim checked himself into a hospital the following day, and then died from his injures on June 23.

Stuckey turned himself in on Sunday and is charged with involuntary manslaughter.
