Columbia, SC (WLTX) - A single car accident had one of the entrances to the State House parking structure blocked Wednesday morning.
The driver of the car told police the sun impacted her line of sight as she was entering the garage.
She hit one of the cement barriers and her car flipped on its side, blocking an entrance lane. The driver was not taken to the hospital.
No one else was involved in the accident.
