Columbia Fire officials have one lane of Mallet Hill Road blocked after a fire started around 9 p.m. Wednesday evening.
Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Mallet Hill Road has been reopened after Columbia Fire officials were able to put out a fire earlier this morning.
Wednesday evening crews responded to a fire that started around 9 p.m. at Wildewood Country Club.
Columbia-Richland Fire worked through the night to extinguish a brush fire that was about the size of a football field.
The department says no structures were in danger at the time of the fire.
