Police: Mom Locked Baby in Car Outside Walmart

North Myrtle Beach, SC (WLTX) - A woman has been arrested after police say she locked her baby inside a car outside a Walmart store.

WBTW-TV reports Carolyn Tess Little, 18, is accused by police of leaving her six-month-old daughter in her car around 10 p.m. Monday.

According to an incident report, a witness told police the girl was in the car for 45 minutes. Police say Little came back to the car after she was paged on the loudspeaker inside the store.

Little was charged with child endangerment and released on a $5,000 bond.
