Richland County, SC (WLTX) - Richland County have arrested a suspect after a woman was shot outside a club in Richland County.
Officers say the suspect is 27-year-old Gregory Weaver.
The incident took place Friday morning at 6432 Two North Road. Deputies say there was a verbal altercation at the club, and several people then left the business. Someone fired shots in the parking lot, however, hitting one woman.
Officers say the victim's injuries are not serious.
Deputies say Weaver was a passenger in a vehicle which fled the scene. Officers say before they stopped the car, Weaver threw a gun out the window.
Weaver is charged with attempted murder, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon on a violent offense, unlawful carrying of pistol.
