Bamberg County, SC (WLTX) - The Bamberg County Coroner's office says a man drowed during a family outing at a river Tuesday.
Coroner Willard Duncan says 51-year-old Joseph Bessinger died while at Bobcat Landing alogn the South Fork Edisto River . That's near Highway 301.
Duncan says Bessinger was with family and friends at the time of the incident.
