Richland County, SC (WLTX) - Richland County deputies say a man was stabbed to death late Tuesday night.
Coroner Gary Watts identified the victim as 42-year-old Walter C. Watkins.
Deputies say just before 11 p.m., Watkins was found unconscious at a location on Connie Drive. Paramedics say he'd been stabbed in the upper body.
Watkins was taken to the hospital where he died.
The Richland County Sherriff's Department continues to investigate.
