Columbia, SC (WLTX) -- Early Friday morning a body was found in the Trinity Episcopal Cemetery, at the corner of Sumter and Gervais Streets in Downtown Columbia.
Columbia Police Chief Randy Scott says says a person walking by the cemetery saw the man's body and called officers.
Scott says the man found appears to be middle-aged, but didn't have much more information on who he could be. The coroner's office is also investigating.
At this point, Scott says there are no signs of foul play, and that there is no danger to the community.
More information on the man's death is expected later in the day.
