Sumter, SC (WLTX) - After dealing with the death of her two sons, Vicki Lea Parnell had her sons cherished items stolen.
Two brothers, two best friends. They lived - laughed - learned and played together and tragically -they died together.
"I miss my boys a lot and each day I go by the site and I pull over and I talk to them," said Vicki Lea Parnell.
Jessie and Cody Parnell died in a car accident two years ago and now for their mother Vicki Lea Parnell the heartbreak of losing her two sons just got a lot worst.
"Just let us have it back that's what I am begging," said Parnell.
Earlier this week, this trailer with priceless memories of her children was stolen. Among the items inside the trailer, baby pictures of her children and Christmas ornaments that the boys made themselves.
"I want my boys things that's all we have left besides our memories, we have those things to hold onto at the holidays which are so very difficult," said Parnell.
"It rips my heart out every time I think about it because a lot of the things were some of the last things they touched, all the memories of the last Christmas."
The trailer was found earlier this week but sadly it was empty. Now Vicki is hoping whoever is responsible for stealing the trailer will at least tell somebody where her cherished memories can be found.
"They can't use that stuff, if they dumped it let us know where they dumped it, ill go get it or someone will go get it just let us have it back, that's all we want. Like I said it doesnt mean anything to them, it means everything to us."
