Lexington County, SC (WLTX) - A Chapin man has been accused of having child pornography on his computer.
Ray Drake, 64, is charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor 2nd degree and 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor 3rd degree.
An arrest warrant filed by State Law Enforcement Division Agents states Davis had images that "depict a visual representation of minors engaged in sexual acts" on his computer.
Drake was booked at the Lexington County Detention Center.
