Richland County, SC (WLTX) - Richland County deputies have arrested a man they say broke into his old business and tried to crack open the safe.
Albert Shane Owens, 42, is charged with burglary and attempted safe cracking.
Officers say overnight on September 12, Owens created a hole in the Fatz Cafe at 7420 Forest Drive. According to investigators, he then crawled through the hole and tried to break into the store's safe.
He was unsuccesful, deputies say.
