UNION, S.C. (AP) - Investigators say a Whitmire woman stabbed and killed her fiancee after they argued over a dice game.
Union County Sheriff David Taylor said 36-year-old Christina Oliver initially told deputies that 33-year-old Kenneth Goins fell on some glass Wednesday night.
But deputies say they found blood spattered on the kitchen walls and cabinets and found two knives with blood on them.
Investigators say the woman's 19-year-old son called 911 after coming home and finding Goins bleeding. He told deputies he left the house when his mom and the victim started arguing over a dice game.
Oliver is charged with murder. She is being held at the Union County jail and it wasn't known if she had a lawyer.
