The rally will be held in front of McMissick Museum at 5 p.m.
Monday is Lattimore's 21st birthday, and the school's student government organized a rally to offer support.
The organizers say Coach Steve Spurrier, Chaplain Adrian Despres, Gamecock football players, and USC President Harris Pastides will speak.
Pastides said on his Twitter account Sunday that the event would be streamed over the internet so Lattimore could see it.
The school will have cards available for individuals to sign for well wishes and happy birthday messages.
