Columbia, SC (WLTX) -- Early this morning, Richland Deputies arrested a man they say broke into his ex-girlfriend's house and beat her male acquaintance with a frying pan.
Around 3:02 this morning, deputies responded to a call at 209 Greenfield Road. Thet say the victim's ex-boyfriend, Ryan Lakelle Conyers, had gotten into her house through a window.
Deputies say after entering the home, Conyers assaulted the ex-girlfriend's male friend with a frying pan and other objects. The victim has been taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Conyers is charged with burglary and aggravated assault.
