Prosperity, SC (WLTX)--An elderly man is missing in Prosperity, SC according to the Newberry County Sheriffs Department.
Christopher Gobee was last seen entering some woods on Wheeler Avenue in Prosperity a little after 5 p.m. according to deputies.
Gobee is wearing a blue jean jacket, a blue flannel shirt, jeans and white tennis shoes. He is 6 foot 2 inches tall, weighs 230 pounds and wears gold rim glasses. He goes by the name of Chris.
Deputies say that he suffers from numerous medical conditions and is a patient at South Side residential care.
