CONWAY, S.C. (AP) - Investigators say a 15-year-old boy has been charged with voluntary manslaughter after pushing down a 67-year-old man at a Conway gas station.
Horry County Police say Russell Hall Jr. died Thursday from a head injury suffered in the fall the day before.
Authorities say three people argued with Hall at the gas station, and the victim hit his head on concrete when the teen pushed him to the ground.
Police say Hall was briefly unconscious. He refused treatment from paramedics, and authorities say he died from the untreated head injury after collapsing at his home the next day.
The teen's name wasn't released because of his age. Investigators say two men who were drinking with the boy have been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
