COLUMBIA, SC (WLTX) - Columbia Police are seeking the public's help in locating three people who went missing after attending a funeral in Columbia.

Brady Brown, 50, his uncle Eddie Lee Cobb, Jr., 69, and Ella Williams, 53, left Columbia on January 7 in a 2006 beige or gold Dodge Stratus with paper tags.

The three were traveling on I-20 Westbound to Shreveport, Louisiana but never arrived according to police.

Relatives have not seen them since they left and calls made by family members go straight to voice mail.

The last known communication is believed to have been made from a cell phone belonging to one of the three near Birmingham, Alabama on January 7 and investigators have received information that Williams may be in need of medications.

Investigators with Columbia Police Department's Special Victims Unit have contacted law enforcement agencies in Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi. SLED is also assisting CPD with this investigation.
