Spartanburg County, SC (by Noelle Kachinsky/WSPA) -- Rapper DMX, known as Earl Simmons was charged with driving without a license.
He was arrested in Spartanburg County early Wednesday morning and booked into jail about 2:00 a.m.
Simmons was granted a bond of $237 Wednesday morning by a Spartanburg County magistrate. He posted cash and is out of the detention center.
