Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Dozens of people took part in a flash mob at the State House Thursday to raise awareness for domestic violence.
The effort is called "One Billion Rising", and is a call to action as one in 3 women will be beaten or raped in their lifetime.
The group started this movement on Valentine's Day 14 years ago.
